Happy Saturday Parents and Players,

One important skill players and coaches utilize is flexibility. This is the case on and off the court. We were notified of a change of venue (and time in one case) for next week's practices. The revised practice schedule is as follows:

Tuesday, March 14 - 730- 9 pm, Churchill Road ES  (7100 Churchill Road, McLean, VA 22101)

Thursday, March 16 - 7 - 8:30 pm,  Spring Hill ES (8201 Lewinsville Road, McLean, VA 22102)

We will establish a text messaging group to help address any future updates or last minute changes. We will use registration contact cell phone numbers. If you want a different or additional number to be included, please reply to this email with your number.

Welcome to the 2023 spring volleyball season!

We are Ed and Geary Morris. We will be coaching your player this spring for middle school select in the McLean Youth Volleyball league. Ed is a former indoor and beach volleyball player and has coached girls and boys teams in the past. Geary has coached girls house teams.We are excited to help advance your daughters love of this sport, make new friends, and build on their volleyball skills and sportsmanship.

We begin practices next week. Our practice days are Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7:30 - 9 pm. Next week our practice schedule is as follows: Tuesday, March 14 at Spring Hill Elementary (8201 Lewinsville Rd, McLean, VA 22102) and for this week only, our Thursday practice will be held here as well. After this week, Thursdays will be at Spring Hill Rec Center. Please notify us if your daughter is unable to make a practice (our contact details are below).

Volleyball is an amazing sport. Playing at the select level will enable them to advance their skills and increase stamina to compete at higher levels such as high school and club teams.
